All of our accounts, no matter the size, begin with a careful study of clients’ objectives and audience attitudes. We discover at a very fundamental level what our clients want to achieve, what emotional reaction they’re looking to provoke, and what response they want to engender. And we look to see what resonates with the target audience. Do they want to be informed or inspired, engaged or challenged? And then, when we put those two findings together — client objectives and audience perceptions — we begin the plan.
We approach our work this way because we believe that beginning with a good plan conveys organizational strength. Good ideas make goals clearer and relevant. Good communication tells stories; it piques interest, it’s why one email is read and another ignored, why one website is studied, and another clicked past…. we know how to make it evocative, emotional, and most importantly, effective.
